2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 598C of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 471 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The complainant, Arjun Mahto, alleges that the accused persons took his signature on a cheque, claiming it was for a Rs. 30,000 payment to a brick vendor. However, on 10.04.2019, he came to know that Rs. 1,00,000/- had been withdrawn from his account on 03.04.2019. When he asked for

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted further that the matter has been comprised between the parties.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 598C of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
