Vide order dated 24.03.2022, the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail with certain conditions. Learned counsel appearing for both the parties appear and submit that sole petitioner Bhola Noniya @ Chauhan and opposite party no. 2 (Mamta Kumari) have now settled their disputes.

In such view of the matter, conditional anticipatory bail to the petitioner by order dated 24.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53920 of 2021 is hereby confirmed on the same terms

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49159 of 2022(5) dt.18-01-2023 2/2 and conditions as mentioned in the said order. Accordingly, this modification application is allowed with the modifications as above.
