The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302/34 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 03.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50007 of 2014.

The petitioner is assailant of the deceased. The trial court has reported that the trial is likely to conclude within three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The learned court below is directed to expedite the trial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1037 of 2016 (3) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 and hold the trial on day to day basis and conclude the same within three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
