From perusal of the materials on record it transpires that the present appellant is tenant and has filed the Second Appeal against the judgment and decree of eviction as affirmed by the appellate court below. The eviction decree was sought for against the appellant on the ground of default in payment of rent.

From further perusal of the order dated 8.9.2014 passed in this appeal it transpires that the proceeding of Execution Case No. 3 of 2011 filed for execution of the eviction decree was kept in abeyance for a period of three weeks only.

As nobody has appeared to pursue this appeal, this appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
