2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 379 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2023 and there is recovery of 810 litres of nepali made liquor from his possession.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and recovery of liquor from his possession, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 379 of 2022.
