In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offence punishable under sections 147, 427, 353, 379 and 511 of the I.P.C.
The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and subsequently the witnesses during investigation have stated the name of the petitioner also that he was involved in damaging the office of the informant and further due to action of the petitioner and others electric supply was disturbed.
Submission is that the petitioner is a witness in Kateya P.S. Case No. 107 of 2013 which is against all the staffs of the Electric Supply Sub-Division, Panchdeory, Kateya and the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18148 of 2014 (5) dt.22-01-2015 2/2 petitioner is Saint (Sadhu) and due to witness he has been subsequently named.
Considering the submissions urged at the bar, going though the records and noticing that the name of the petitioner has transpired later on as he is a witness in Kateya P.S. Case No. 107 of 2013 and as such the above named petitioner in case of his arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Gopalganj in Kateya P.S. Case No. 110 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) Abhay/- U T
