2. The following reliefs have been sought in the present writ application:

"(i) For issuance of the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents concerned to make amendment in Kandika 5, 6 of the condition with respect to category 1 and 6 of Tender Notice in Bihar Assembly Election 2025 issued by Collectorate, Madhubani vide Tender Notice dated 27.03.2025. (ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents to accept the Tender bid of the petitioner by amending the Kandika 5, 6 of condition with respect to 1 and 6 in Bihar Assembly

(iii) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents to reject the Tender bid of Respondent No. 6 who has done a large level of misappropriation of money of the Government by using several G.S.T. Number and further to put his firm in black list company and to debar him for taking part in any bid of election work or any other work of Government Sector.

(iv) For any other appropriate writ, order, direction save and except in accordance with law."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application as the same has become infructuous.
