JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 25-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
Both the parties are spouse. Marital disharmony is the ground whereupon, as stated by learned respective counsels so many cases are pending against them. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that his client is ready to keep his wife duly acknowledging her status in cordial atmosphere and for that, necessary order be passed. The learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 has submitted that petitioner has got dubious character. After dismissal of petition for divorce, he has changed the colour and now has advanced the plea that he is ready to accept O.P. No.2 as his wife. Also submitted that other litigations are going which depict the strenuous relationship persisting amongst the parties.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7051 of 2016 (2) dt.25-10-2018 Be that as it may, the family unit is to be preserved but, with honour and dignity. In the aforesaid background, if there happens to be a genuine offer at the end of the petitioner before the learned lower court, the learned lower court will consider the same in the light of submission having at the end of the O.P.
