2. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 758 of 2022 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 144 sack of maize was looted by the unknown criminals, the petitioner is one of the criminal who participated in the loot. The petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2023 and has three criminal case against him.

4. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail after completion of six months in custody and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 758 of 2022.

7. The petitioner is directed to deposit demand draft of Rs. 40,000/- in the name of Md. Kaisr Alam Ware House Company Gorgis Private Limited.

8. He shall be released after he deposits the said amount in the aforesaid company.

9. The petitioner will visit Sadar Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station could be result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
