The limited prayer made by the petitioners in the present writ petition, is to direct the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara to dispose off the appeal, filed by the petitioners in the last week of September, 2022.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.11083 of 2023(2) dt.14-09-2023 2/2 petitioners in the present case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara to consider the appeal, filed by the petitioners and dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today, in case the same has actually been filed and has not been disposed off till date. 3.
It is needless to state that for a period of four weeks, status quo existing as on today qua the land/house of the petitioners shall be maintained.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
