Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was engaged on daily-wage basis in order to take-care of the pipe which was lying in the campus of Block Development Office as Night Guard vide letter no. 164 dated 30.3.1996 issued by the Block Development Officer, Rajapakar, Vaishali. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in total, only Rs. 2000/- has been paid to the petitioner and, whereafter, no payment has been made to him.

Let the petitioner should file a representation to the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, who will call for the record and will dispose of the same in accordance with law within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.8940 of 2017 dt.10-09-2018 2/2 period of three months from the date of filing of the representation along with a copy of this order.
