The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nadi P.S. Case no. 98 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 353, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of creating nuisance in construction of the bridge by the Government at the hand of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after acquiring the land of the petitioner the bridge was being constructed by the Government, but petitioner filed reference

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47584 of 2019(2) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 case for fair compensation due to that reasons, the officials of the government are annoyed and managed to lodge the present case. Further submission is that the occurrence is said to be committed in the evening of 11.04.2019 till that time, generally, work has been finished so no question arise that in the evening petitioners obstructed in construction of bridge. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-V, Patna City, Patna in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 98 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
