The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No.840 of 2019 registered for offences under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are relatives of the second wife. First information report was registered by the informant, who is the own sister of the deceased, against unknown person. Subsequently, in paragraph 22 of the case diary, statement of the son of the informant has been recorded and he has stated that he saw two persons going/passing from the place of occurrence. It seems that if the son of the informant would have

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No.840 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
