JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Puraini P.S.Case No. 08 of 2017 registered under Section 302 of the Indian penal Code.

Submission is that FIR is against unknown and after four months of alleged occurrence, petitioner's name was disclosed by the mother of the deceased raising suspicion due to land dispute and another theory being planted is that petitioner wanted to marry deceased when refused then he eliminated her, so only suspicion is raised against the petitioner due to land dispute and he has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Md. Atabul, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM,
