1. Heard.

2. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been allowed anticipatory bail by order dated 10.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16443 of 2023. It has further been submitted that in the original petition of Cr. Misc. No. 16443 of 2023, the alias name of the petitioner has been left to be typed whereas the father's name of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as "Maheshwar Paswan" in place of "Kameshwar Paswan alias Kamesar Paswan" and due to that, same mistake occurred in the cause title of the order dated 10.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16443 of 2023. Hence, the petitioner could not be able to surrender in the Court below.

3. Accordingly, order dated 10.05.2023 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57204 of 2023(2) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 Misc. No. 16443 of 2023 is modified to the extent that in the cause title of the order, the name of the petitioner and his father be read as "Angad Paswan alias Angaj Paswan" and "Kameshwar Paswan alias Kamesar Paswan" respectively. The period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. All other terms and conditions shall remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 10.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16443 of 2023.
