2. The present modification application has been filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 08.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20049 of 2025.

3. In view of the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioner, namely, Ravi Shankar Singh and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 08.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20049 of 2025 is extended by two weeks' from today.

4. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
