By way of the present application preferred under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks a direction to be issued to the respondent no.4 (S.P., Aurangabad) to enquire into the matter of false implication of the petitioner in three cases registered on 19th July, 2014, i.e., Madanpur P.S. Case Nos.133, 136 and 137 of 2014. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application. Leave is granted.
