2. The petitioner has renewed her prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 192 of 2015, arising out of Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 176 of 2013 for the offences alleged under Section 302, 328, 34 IPC which was earlier rejected by order dated 19.03.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 50102 of 2013.

3. Considering that no intervening circumstances have been shown by the petitioner, this Court finds no reason to take a different view of the matter. The bail petition accordingly, stands dismissed.

4. Considering that the petitioner is said to be a lady of advanced age of about 65 years, let the learned Trial Court fix dates for expeditious disposal of the trial.
