JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53955 of 2017 with an observation to expedite the trial and petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail once evidence of the victim girl has been adduced. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 28.04.2017 and till date only Doctor has been examined in this case.

Heard learned A.P.P as well as learned counsel for the informant, who has assured that he will produce the witnesses on day to day basis and co-operate in disposal of trial. In the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
