Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 190 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 342, 323, 324, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, prosecution case is that, informant protested the petitioner and other accused persons who were making some construction over the land as there was some order with regard to that land in proceeding under Section 144 Cr.P.C. There is allegation of assault by lathi on head of the deceased by the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no repetition of blow by the petitioner and moreover there is a land dispute between the parties. He is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46623 of 2019(6) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 custody for 23 months almost about 2 years and the case has not been committed to the Court of session.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No 190 of 2016. With condition to cooperate in the disposal of the trial otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
