This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 395, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the First Information Report was lodged against seven unknown miscreants.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has been implicated, merely, on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Jitendra Dom. From the order of the trial Court, it appears that petitioner is the wife of one Krishna Dom who is alleged to be one of the suspects.

Having regard to the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner is a lady and in jail custody since 28.05.2012,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4837 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2016 the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-V, Gaya in connection with S. Tr. No. 531 of 2012 / 597 of 2012 arising out of Tekari P. S. Case No. 23 of 2012, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear in the case on each and every date fixed by the court below.
