2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Cr. Misc. Case No. 44324 of 2014 which was rejected vide order dated 03.03.2015.

3. It is submitted that co-accused Upendra Kumar from whose possession countrymade pistol and one live cartridge were recovered, has since been granted bail by this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22716 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2016 2/2 Court and the case of the petitioner's stand on better footing.

4. Having regards to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Patna in connection with Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No. 359 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
