JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 04-03-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the respondent D.C.L.R., Jehanabad (Respondent No. 3) under Section 15 of The Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (In short 'Act, 2009') for execution of final order dated 26.08.2014 passed in Land Dispute Resolution Case No. 60 of 2014 (Annexure-3) and for other consequential reliefs. Permission is accorded.
The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
Patna High Court CWJC No.7036 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2016 2/2 It goes without saying that if an appropriate petition is filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 15 of the Act, 2009 within a period of four weeks from today with a certified copy of the present order, then the respondent D.C.L.R. shall be obliged to consider and decide the matter in accordance with law and he shall pass an appropriate order for redressal of valid grievances of the petitioner.
