JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-05-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Srinagar P.S.Case No. 16 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 323, 324, 325, 341, 354B, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian penal Code.

It is submitted that quarrel took place on petty issue and the allegation on petitioner is of giving Farsa blow on the head of the informant but the corresponding injury is lacerated wound which is simple in nature and there is case and counter case in between both sides.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely , Sanjay Paswan and Santosh Paswan, are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28581 of 2018(3) dt.15-05-2018 2/2 the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Madhepura in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018.
