This is an appeal under Sections 14(A)(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, against refusal of the prayer for anticipatory bail by order dated 18.06.2019 in A.B.P. No.730 of 2019 passed by the learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Pakribrawan P.S.Case No. of registered under Sections 147,149,341,323,307,353,224 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act.

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.3224 of 2019(4) dt.24-02-2020 2/3 Appellants are female. According to FIR, general and omnibus allegation is there against the appellants and the male accused person to have committed abuse and assault against the informant, who is a police officer. Submission is that the appellants had no knowledge about the caste of the informant. Moreover, male accused person have already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Appeal (SJ)No.3181 of 2019.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the appellants, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the appellants shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case and also the appellants shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court, failing which the court below shall be
