05. 01.04.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 23.09.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Lakhisarai in Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 170 of 2015/S.C./S.T. 13 of 2015 by which he has refused to release the daughter of the Petitioner on bail.

Today, the Petitioner and his daughter, Anisha Kumari is physically present in Court.

The Petitioner submits that he wants to take his daughter who is still minor aged about fourteen years and she also expresses the same desire.

In view of such, the order dated 23.09.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Lakhisarai in Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 170 of 2015/S.C./S.T. 13 of 2015 is, hereby, set aside.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.165 of 2016 (5) dt.01-04-2016 The Superintendent, Balika Grih Nishant, Gaighat, Patna is directed to release the said girl on such bonds as it thinks necessary.

I, further, direct the Officer In-charge, Surajgarha Police Station to make periodical visits to the house of the Petitioner to ensure that Anisha Kumari is not tortured in any manner.

The Application stands allowed with the aforesaid observation.
