2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner with the help of co-accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C has denied the factum of her kidnapping and stated that she had gone to the house of her Khala out of her free will and returned after a week and stated that no one had kidnapped her. 5. In view of statement of victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C,, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge VIth-cum-Special POCSO Judge, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta OP) P.S. Case No. 147 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
