The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 365, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in short is that while the informant was near Chanakya Coaching Centre, the accused persons abducted and brought him to Yamaha Motorcycle Showroom. The informant was encircled there by accused persons and was assaulted.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The

No deadly weapon is alleged to have been used in course of the occurrence. No specific injury is attributed against the petitioner. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 433 of 2019.
