Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.231 of 2020 dated 04.06.2020, registered for the offence punishable u/s 409, 420, 34 of the IPC, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55378 of 2024(2) dt.21-08-2024 2/2 regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, considering that the Secretary and the Ward Member have been granted regular bail by the Court below itself.
