2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 , 188 , 308 , 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2022 .
3 . It is alleged that 1289.940 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the sugar cane field and premises of one Ambika Singh .
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and has got no concern with the alleged occurrence . Charge sheet
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49571 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 19.4.2025 .
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case , period of custody and other circumstances of the case , prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive special Judge Excise Court No. 1 East Champaran Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.
