This application has been filed for regular bail for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code. There is direct allegation against the petitioner. Further, a report has been called for and it has been reported that nine witnesses have been examined and the next date has been fixed for argument and the trial would be concluded within two months.
Hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.
