The petitioner's land have been acquired by the respondents for setting up a treatment plant at village Dhawalpura in the District of Patna. In substance, the petitioner wants a direction upon the respondents to formulate a policy/scheme for grant of job to one person in the family whose land has been acquired and thereafter to consider his case for grant of government job. There is no such policy /claim of the government in such matter which is admitted by the petitioner himself. Realizing this difficulty, the counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty be granted to the petitioner to agitate his grievance before the competent authority/respondents if there is any such policy under which he is entitled to a government job
Patna High Court CWJC No.7896 of 2011 (3) dt.31-08-2015 2/2 besides the compensation paid to or payable to the landlord upon such acquisition.
The writ application is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
