ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

A show-cause has been filed in which it has been submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court certain payments have been released in favour of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that no interest for delayed payment have been given to the petitioner and he also submits that certain amounts which had been deposited by way of security deposit have remained unpaid. He, thus, submits that the opposite parties are guilty of willful

This Court, however, after perusing the show-cause finds that the steps were taken for compliance of the order passed by this Court and there is no willful disobedience. The contempt application is, thus, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue any other claims in accordance with law by filing a representation.
