2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 64, 303(2), 352, 89, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS, under Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act and under Sections 3(1)(x), 3(1)(xii) of the SC/ST, POA Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have committed rape with the victim.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely

5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the application of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.
