The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kotwali (Tilka Manjhi) P.S. Case No. 269 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 381, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations and the fact that the petitioner as a doctor, had indulged in removing the medicines from the store, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Kotwali (Tilka Manjhi) P.S. Case No. 269 of 2014, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur.
