The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rail P.S. Siwan Case No. 20 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that on search one country made pistol along with three live cartridges and other articles were recovered. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.01.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.01.2019, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
