The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of abduction of minor daughter of the informant. The petitioner is alleged to have helped co-accused Anup Kumar in the abduction of the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60549 of 2021(6) dt.13-09-2022 2/3 petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The daughter of the informant and co-accused Anup Kumar were in love with each other and they have solemnized marriage. The petitioner has been roped in this case only because he happens to be the cousin brother of co-accused Anup Kumar.

In contra, learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submitted that the victim has not yet been traced out.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIIth, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 327 of 2020, subject to
