JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 01-10-2018 After hearing learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the records this Court finds that it is purely a civil dispute between the petitioners on the one hand and respondent nos. 8 and 9 on the other hand. The nature of dispute as raised does not inspire this Court to entertain the present writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that J C B Machine of the petitioners is under lock and key of the private respondents and they are not releasing it. In the opinion of this Court, the petitioners would be at liberty to pursue their remedy

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1708 of 2017(4) dt.01-10-2018 2/2 before an appropriate court in an appropriate proceeding ventilating their grievance against the private respondents, if such recourse is available.

With liberty to such extent, the writ petition stands disposed of.
