2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is person with one antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant on account of dispute relating to land and the informant alleges that 16 named accused persons including the petitioner came to his house and started assaulting the informant and his family member. It is next alleged that Ram Kripal Mahto assaulted the son of the informant, Rupesh Kumar over his head. It is next submitted

No.56285 of 2024(2) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 that allegation of assaulting Rupesh Kumar is against four persons, but then, three injuries have been found to be simple though, one injury is opined to be grievous, but then, the allegation of assault is not specific. It is next submitted that even parties have compromised on intervention of well wishers. The petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2024.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 127 of 2021.
