The petitioners seek a direction to the District Cooperative Officer, Siwan to ensure compliance of his order dated 23.1.2015, whereby a direction has been issued for handing over the charge.

The compliance of an order passed by an executive has to be ensured by him and in case of any grievance the aggrieved can go before the superior authority but a High Court cannot be translated into an executing court. The writ petition is disposed of.
