This is an application for modification of order dated 17.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22355 of 2023, through which, petitioner, above named, has granted bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that name of the father of this petitioner may be modified, in cause title of main petition, as inadvertently name of father of this petitioner was wrongly typed in cause title of main petition as "Siyaram Ram" in place of "Siyaram Rai".

Considering the submission as advanced, name of father of this petitioner be modified and read as "Siyaram Rai" in place of "Siyaram Ram".
