2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Morhowrah P.S. Case No. 160 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely on the extrajudicial confessional statement of co-accused Subodh Kumar being the owner of Jhula in question.

4. Learned APP for the State on the basis of the statement made in paragraph 86 of the case diary submits that the said Subodh Kumar has stated that petitioner was the owner of 60% of the Jhula and for which there is a written agreement between the two partners, namely, the petitioner and the said Subodh Kumar.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/- U T
