2. This writ application has been filed for directing the respondent No. 1 and 2 to initiate a proper enquiry and take legal action against respondent No. 4 and 5 for committing forgery and tampering with the electronic records of the land records of the petitioner.

3 . Learned counsel for the State refers to paragraph 8 of the counter affidavit and submits that the Karamchari Arun Kumar Paswan and Revenue Officer Garbhu Das have already been suspended in an another case and a departmental proceeding has also been initiated against them.
