On 15.12.2014 also nobody had appeared on behalf of the parties and the matter was directed to be listed after two weeks. On 09.01.2015, on the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was passed over.

The stand in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of

Patna High Court CWJC No.9310 of 2011 (5) dt.12-01-2015 2/2 the respondents, copy of which has been served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 03.12.2014, is that all admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid except for Group Insurance due to necessary claim not having been submitted by the petitioner himself.

As neither anybody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner today also nor there is any reply to the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents, the Court does not feel inclined to keep the petition pending. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off. However, the respondents shall make payment of the dues to the petitioner after completing all the formalities with regard to the Group Insurance also.
