Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.02.2020 passed in Cr.Appeal(SJ) 4359 of 2019 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 20.02.2020, passed in Cr.Appeal(SJ) No. 4359 of 2019 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today. The learned court below shall ensure compliance of the order dated 20.02.2020 passed in Cr.Appeal(SJ) 4359 of 2019.
