JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) Date : 23-08-2017 Heard counsel for the appellant and counsel for the Power Holding Company.

Perused the impugned order dated 23.04.2015, which is under challenge in the present Letters Patent Appeal. The appellant is fighting a case with the landlord for specific performance of contract for which Title Suit No.89 of 2011 is pending.

Patna High Court LPA No.1521 of 2015 dt.23-08-2017 2/2 If this be so, the learned Single Judge has committed no error in dismissing the writ application, which was filed for getting a permanent electric connection by ignoring the right of the landlord and bypassing him.

The appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
