2. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed an application before the Circle officer, Nalanda at Biharsharif (respondent no.4) on 10.12.2020 along with supporting documents for grant of mutation with respect to the land detailed in paragraph 1 of the writ petition but no steps have been taken by the Circle officer in this regard. He submits that a direction may be given to the Circle officer to dispose of the aforesaid case.
3. In view of the nature of prayer made in the writ
Patna High Court CWJC No.12439 of 2023(3) dt.12-10-2023 2/2 petition, let respondent no.4 dispose of aforesaid case in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
4. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
