In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the said District Teachers Appellate Authority, Samastipur and in case the petitioner files an appropriate petition within a period of two weeks' from today, the said authority shall examine the case of the petitioner on merits and dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
