2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 303(2), 352, 351(2), 109, 117(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted informant and his brother with tangi.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that both parties are pattidars and due to land dispute, simple altercation took place between them. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that he assaulted informant and his brother with tangi as a result of which brother of the informant sustained grievous injury.

6. Considering nature of accusation and grievous injury, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
