2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Murliganj PS Case No. 372 of 2023 lodged on 07.09.2023, for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution, the F.I.R. has been lodged against nine accused persons including the present petitioner with allegations that all the accused persons have assaulted the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52393 of 2026(2) dt.29-07-2026 2/3 informant with iron rod on his head. It is further alleged that the accused persons also assaulted the brother of informant causing injuries over his eye and have snatched gold chain from the neck of informant's nephew.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel further submits that from the FIR itself, the alleged dispute has arisen between the parties due to flow of rainy water. There is no specific allegation against the present petitioner rather the same is general and omnibus in nature. Learned counsel next submits that the injuries sustained by the injured persons are found to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance and the petitioner is having clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail but fairly submits that the allegations levelled against the present petitioner are general and omnibus in nature.

6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only), as mentioned in Section 2(1)(d)
